Going to Disneyland's Club 33 60-80 times a year, often with 'friends, acquaintances, and business associates' - that kind of visit frequency sounds like that is all they have time to do, and those 'friends, acquaintances, and business associates' were people they were getting paid to bring in, for a 'once in a lifetime' kind of visit, and Disney found a way to kick them out of the club without having to prove they were selling access to Club 33. Catching somebody drunk is probably easier to do than having to prove they're operating a VIP access service.

If the Andersons really want to stick it to Disney, they should take their $31K a month and set up a scholarship fund for CMs.

I'd be drinking too if I was spending $100k at Disney.

Thank goodness that couple didn't also have Disney+ or they would have only been able to seek arbitration.

I've had migraine headaches for most of my life. Red wines are a trigger for sure and you know what, I don't drink red wines. Anyone who has a history of migraines knows their triggers and avoid them.

Suing to belong to a private club who doesn't want you is just dumb. Go buy your own private club and do whatever you want.

400k expense is setting his retirement back by 5 years? But spending 35k a year on a club membership doesn’t?
Then - he complains about the expense while saying he will appeal. Which will likely cost double what it’s already cost him. Idiots…

I can't imagine suing someone for the right to spend THAT much money on something YEARLY. This couple has lost perspective.

Oh no consequences for my own actions 🙄

The end of the full funding for the aspire program is a terrible decision to cut costs and take away a benefit that was available to cast members for years.

Scott and Diane kicked out of Club 33, an exclusive membership only insider club at Disneyland. Scott and Diane have
more money than sense. Both need to take responsibility for their actions. Scott being found to be drunk by security and
Diane using foul language in the restaurant, violating rules of the exclusive membership only club. They feel entitled.
Money can't buy class. Take responsibility for your actions.

Well, Andersons I guess are going to have to eventually sell that golf course if they refuse to back down and want to "fight this to the death" over getting into a club. I don't think they realize even if they won their case, all they'd get is money, as there's nothing that says Disney has to include them back into the club. If they're fighting this with the belief that if they "win" that means they can come back, they're delusional.

It always amazes me the “Disney is my life” people who seem to have missed the whole point. If you are that big a Disney fan, you of all people ought to understand that a bad attitude, “salty” language or being drunk and disorderly is about as far from Walt’s vision as you can get. And you know for sure these are just the excuses Disney is giving. If this were a couple random incidents they’d probably get a lecture and maybe a fine or suspension. My guess is they were probably horrible to cast members too and caused a whole lot of very not magical moments.

Ah, a rich couple gets banned, not from the park, but from Club 33. If it'd been a regular couple, I wonder if it would have been a lifetime ban. Maybe not the first time, but certainly the second. Yep, Disney has lawyers charge by the decade.
I wonder if my Dad, back in the day, would have been able to take us to Disneyland on his lower middle-class salary if Disney charged back then what they charge now. Ah, sad.

When I was in the Spring 1991 Walt Disney World College Program in Magic Kingdom Custodial working at Adventureland Veranda we wore polyester costumes that were itchy and hot.
