Don't forget everyone, those LED lighted candy canes are on a timer. When I'm ready to decorate, I go out at 6pm and turn on all my candy canes and then stake them in the ground. They will then automatically come on at 6 pm every night. What ever time you turn them on will then be that time they automatically turn on every night. You don't have to go outside every night to turn them on. I think they stay on for 6 hrs then automatically shut off. Some people don't understand how the timer works
