Thank you for acknowledging that sometimes we only have a small amount of money for groceries. When my son was little there were many a week that I have only had 20 or $25 for groceries and gas. I managed to make it work but, it was hard when people couldn't figure out how I managed or said I was lying. Thank you for the acknowledgment.

This is so true. I’ll never forget having only $60 to spend for two weeks worth of groceries for myself and my 1 yr old. 8 years later, we live much better but it is still a reality for others.

$5 a day is what I used to budget myself as a min wage worker in 2002. i was lacking then, and hardly ate, and seeing what you do would have changed my game. i'm working on teaching my younger family members what we know today through experience, but thanks for showing people options and inspiration when thry're presented with very little!!❤😊
