Politicians are referred to as HONORABLE, but since they no longer serve the people such a title has become meaningless.

Claire O'Neill was born and raised in Toorak. She is from a very wealthy family and went to one of the most elite schools in Melbourne. She has privilege coming out her arse.

She admitted that the government’s goal is to make the rich richer. She made it clear that they don’t care about young people.

It is a shame on this country that we induce homelessness to maintain real estate investment returns.

Why are Australian properties advertised in China? Why are foreigners buying up three to 4 homes. The real estate industry should be monitored better and agents held responsible

The major parties are playing a dangerous game.
They are simultaneously making a huge portion of the population hate them, whilst ensuring they have 'nothing to lose'...

I'm a property owner and a landlord, and I agree, the system is fucked. It's shitting on everyday Australians, and it needs urgent change

I recently bought my first home in Perth. I was looking for a home that fell in the price range of qualifying for the First Home Buyers scheme so nothing fancy nor in a particularly nice suburb.

Upon arriving at any of these low price point homes, there would be my clapped out toyota yarris parked up next to Porsches, Mercs, Bentleys belonging to the investors/brokers looking to scoop it up and make 20% on it. I know this because I spoke to some of them. One of them even tried selling me on a ponzi scheme they were running.

You cant blame them for playing the game, but we can blame both major parties for writing the rules.

She's one of those crooks we politely call politicians

A parliament full of landlords won't fix the housing crisis. Get rid of negative gearing and tax breaks. Anything else is smoke and mirrors.
Edit. Airbnb and vacant investment properties also add to the current housing crisis.

Housing is a basic human right as assigned so by the UN, which Australia has signed up to. So how are we in this mess now?

Negative Gearing and Capital Gains Tax discounts are Welfare for the rich. The same people who complain about people on Jobseeker or Pensions actually claim the most Welfare in Australia.

So Labor are saying to all the average and below wage earners "get stuffed and suffer, you will never own your own house".

It's a myth that only the young are unable to buy their own home.
I'm 52, worked 2 jobs my entire life. I've never ever been even close to qualifying for a home loan, and ive never qualified for any grants or property program.
I know many mates who are the same at this age. We don't qualify at all for bank loans over 50 without huge deposit. We're all in the same boat. I agree that housing should be a basic human right, and not an investment.
Great clip, thanks for doing it!

We all need to remember that most of us have a common enemy and they are established media and the liberal and labour parties. Vote independent

Spot on! Dodgy tax loopholes and no real reform are the real culprits. Building 5 million houses won’t solve anything if the system stays broken..

As a house owner, it is crazy what has happened to real estate. I feel for anyone trying to get a house now. it feels that train has left the station. very un-australian.

Imagine if all of that investment money was driving business activity in Australia.
Instead it’s sitting in a bunch of houses that just sit there and do nothing but drive up the ponzi

Your a top man... opened my eyes. As someone lucky enough to own as house ... I am disgusted by what the Uniparty has done. Where is putting the Aussie Citizens first. Housing is a basic need.
