We are half way through the Ten stages of Christian Maturity in Jesus' life in the Gospel of Luke. Here we see that Jesus branched out from his first service to God, into his second service to the community.

A Christian who wishes to follow to a Mature Human, must also serve his community, his family, relatives, neighbors. The Christian must seek God's mission as he serves God along with those in his community, so that God can give a mission that is in sync with what God is doing through the whole church: also called the Body of Christ. An example of what this could look like is in Acts 13, where Paul and Barnabas were set aside while serving the Lord together with the church.

The pitfall to avoid is humanity's approval. And it is important not to stop at this stage, but instead to grow to the next one where God gives a specific mission to accomplish in the world. I also briefly adress the objection that Family keeps a person from serving God fully.
