You make an excellent point. I want to let you know that I don't own a machine like this, but I wanted to watch this video because another video that you made was very good. I'd like to share something else that's important.
Generally, clothes washers that have a bleach port in the top of the machine, such as with your machine here, allow the bleach to go directly into the tub. The problem with that design is that the correct time to add bleach is into the first rinse. In other words, you can't add bleach to the tub with detergent in it. The reason is that bleach kills the enzymes, an important component of the detergent formula. And if the bleach kills the enzymes, the laundry won't have the full benefit of the detergent, and it won't be properly cleaned. That's why the first rinse is the correct cycle to add bleach.
I suggest looking in the owner's manual to find out if the bleach port on your machine is a directly into the tub design or if it has a device/system that releases the bleach into the first rinse.
