Common issue are like :

1 , this is bcz of a plugin so we need to
find out the plugin and remove it

----------------------------------------------

1. login to your hosting
2. goto filemanager
3. navigate to you website files
4. open " error log "
5. find latest errors and see which plugin is making this issue
6. in my case its facebook instent articles
7. so i ll remove it from my hosting
8. goto wp-content - plugins - facebook instent articles

Thats it your issues is sloved and you can access your website

I tried this fix and it worked perfectly, thank you very much.
I had the same issue sometime ago, I had to contact bluehost support, they downgraded my wordpress version among many other things which eventually solved the proplem but reduced the security of the website. not long time later it was HACKED.
your video helped me to fix the problem my self without any unnecessary actions. ADVISED for anyone who has the same issue.

Looked at other videos that had me renaming files and replacing folders. Using your instructions less than 2 minutes into your video I was able to solve my issue. I haven't even gotten to the end of yours. :)
