Demos like this are often not recorded with the actual cast.
They are used as a guide to see how it will fit with the visuals/animation, and give the director a rough idea of what he can expect the final recording to sound like. It also gives the cast and musicians an idea of the tune, pacing and dynamics of the song, before they practice and record the final version.
It's a demo. A demonstration. A simple, quick recording to demonstrate how the song is going to come together. This is why it's not super high quality. Don't complain.

Lots of people of have said it, but just to clear it up a bit more...This isn't sung by Kristen Bell and Santino Fontana. It's a DEMO by  Robert and Kristen-Anderson Lopez (the songwriters of Frozen).
