How to beat FNaF 4 - All Nightmare Walkthrough | FNaF Academy

All Nightmare guide for Five Nights at Freddy's 4.

This challenge is typically considered to be pretty RNG-based, but there's something that a lot of players don't know. Tru3P1ay3r and I have done some testing and discovered that this challenge has more than a few hidden properties that could help tremendously in beating it.

Just a side note, as far as what I've heard Nightmare will only have 2 real laughs in this night. After you've cleared him from the closet/bed twice, all laughs will be fake for the rest of the night. I haven't fully tested it but as far as I know this is the case

My winning run on this mode was insane. Basically, when Nightmare started to move, he laughed once very quickly. After I cleared him, he proceeded to laugh AGAIN before 1AM had a chance to appear. Because of this, I didn’t have to worry about laughter for five hours, only moving to doors.

For everyone asking about Nightmare cheating and killing you for no reason:
1. Don’t stay at the door when you hear footsteps. It will slow you down. Instead, go to the center of the room and follow the footsteps with the flashlight until they stop.
2. On pc, shift as you run to the door, or on iPhone press the bottom right side of the screen while you’re running.
3. Be as quick as humanly possible. It’s only a matter of milliseconds before he kills you, so when you hold a door shut, immediately run to the center of the room on the first footstep, and repeat step 1.

Is anyone else having the problem of nightmare randomly killing you either at 4:AM or 3:AM, even though your fast enough, or you get to him fast enough then run to the other door then he immediately kills you?

The ultimate strat to tell if its a fake laugh is check the bed first, then shine the hallway, then close the closet without even using the flashlight, and you shouldn't even use the flashlight the entire night just listen to the side hes on

Thx to you I finally beat this mode. It was so stressful and thank god Nightmare barely laughed, and most of his laughs I’m pretty sure were fake or maybe real, I can’t really remember, but thank you! Your the best fnaf guide for me and I always win using your strategies. 👍

I've always treated All Nightmare mode as a harder version of Night 5 (since Nightmare works pretty much the same as N. Fredbear, only harder)

When I tried it was 1am, I went to the left door I closed it, I heard that nightmare walks to the other side and at the same time I get jumpscared. This happened twice! (he didn't laugh before that)

I don't think this challenge is based on much RNG, I tried it and got to 2 AM before dying unfairly, apparently being 'not fast enough' when I went almost immediately, but thanks for the tips, I'm confident I will beat it now :)

I have a big problem, after clearing nightmare (when he did his 2 laughs) the run is suppose to be rlly easy, BUT every time at some point in the run Nightmare takes a hell of time to be cleared when i close the door which causes to jumpscare me as the jumpscare timer is reset when he's cleared, not intercepted, is there any way to clear this issue or is it just pure luck?
