Hi Gav, the bird is a Black-throated Tit! ( Aegithalos concinnus), a species from SE Asia. Thanks for the great Spring update!

It will be a very interesting spring this year if the cold weather we have had recently repeats itself at some point during the spring.

I posted about spring Gav on Discord recently without looking at any data - good chance of a rubbish spring this year - very little chance of warm and dry - good chance of cold and wet for long periods
