Understanding 13 Crucial Skin Signs of Diabetes

Diabetes isn't just about high blood sugar levels; it can manifest in various ways, including changes to our skin. While some skin signs become apparent in the advanced stages of diabetes, others can serve as early warning indicators.

------------------------------------------
As we unveil these skin indicators, we'll go from the least known to the most common, ensuring you are informed every step of the way.
------------------------------------------

Here's a breakdown of 13 key skin signs associated with diabetes:

13. Eruptive Xanthomatosis: Yellow, pea-like bumps on the skin.

12. Dry and Itchy Skin: Persistent flakiness and irritation.

11. Necrobiosis Lipoidica: Reddish-brown patches with a shiny appearance.

10. Skin Tags: Small, delicate growths on the skin.

9. Digital Sclerosis: Skin that feels thick, tight, and waxy.

8. Skin Infections: Regular outbreaks of red, painful sores.

7. Diabetic Dermopathy: Round spots in light brown shades.

6. Xanthelasma: Fatty deposits that appear yellowish on the eyelids.

5. Nail Changes: Nails that are discolored, thick, and prone to breaking.

4. Acanthosis Nigricans: Darkened, thick folds of skin.

3. Diabetic Bullae: Blisters on the skin that are clear and pain-free.

2. Diabetic Rashes: Raised spots that are itchy and red.

1. Slow Healing Wounds: Skin lesions that take a prolonged time to heal.

If you spot any of these skin signs, it's essential to assess other risk factors like obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, or a family history of diabetes. One isolated sign doesn't necessarily mean you have diabetes, as these symptoms can overlap with other conditions.

However, if you're aged 40 or above and fall into the high-risk category, monitoring your blood sugar levels is a good practice. Catching diabetes early and taking preventive actions can fend off many potential complications.

Natural way to help diabetes...have coconut oil in your oatmeal every day and also drink pickle juice or eat many pickled things...drink at least 6 Glasses of water a day...drink mostly teas for caffeine... that should start you off... also tumeric...and take baths in a little hydrogen peroxide and coconut oil...you should start to be able to wean yourselves off of your medications....
