I should probably again gone a little bit lower. It’s not quite ATG.

Also the walk out is fucking awful because the rack is either too high or too low lol it’s so weird so I kept hitting it on way out. I think next time too low would be better???

Stop looking in the mirror! Keep your head position neutral, prevents you from overextending and gives a better hip drive. Stay more tight. Can't see how your feet and knees are tracking each other due to camera angle.

Don’t mean to troll, but squat shoes and stretching your hips will help you go deeper than almost parallel. You’ve got the strength, just need better form (spine is arched too much on your ascent).

Wear your knee sleeves higher mate, you'll get a lot more out of them. I pull them up until the SBD logo is just a few centimeters under my kneecap at most. This way you compress the knee and the quad tendons above it.

Dude your amrap to 1rm ratio is nuts. A 4 amrap converts to maybe 7.5-10kg higher to given 1rm for me. you have like 20kg? Nuts dude. I think you outdo 1 rm calcs no? Probably says something about your twitch fibre ratio but I am unqualified to comment (lol).

not ATG as you said, but solid depth. maybe with weightlifting shoes you could hit an ATG
