Could you imagine if they taught everyone growing up how to be a skilled carpenter! This world would have been so much more productive! True success in my eyes is being completely dependent on yourself and no one else. This man can teach us how to truly live life, be free, and happy!

I don’t know why, but it reminds me of a covered wagon from the prairies or western days. The truck being the horses.
Love it!!! My favourite so far.

"Living 'in' the road?" I'm guessing you're meaning is "on" the road. Thank you for sharing this! It's amazing watching your adventures.

I’m building a stand in off road trailer for my hummer. I lived in just the hummer for a bit to gain knowledge on what I need most. So far my trailer will definitely have a washroom/shower, full comfortable sleeping, built in heating x2 diesel heater and a wood/coal stove because I’m in Canada, great insulation, solid metal roof, solid insulated metal door, home built heat recovery fresh air venting, instant hot water heater and a over built solar package. Not going to lie, feels like a dream coming true seeing this rig come together. Bin talking about it for ages 😂 love your style brother, I’m over here in Muskoka lake country and you give laker vibes. Definitely not a weekender as we call them here. Go hard or go home, go home lake Muskoka. 💪

My dream life, I'm hoping to be able to do this as soon as possible. I love nature and grew up camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and my dad taught me how to work on cars, build and or repairs homes cause he said when I was 4 I told him I didn't like the princess stories cause they only live happily ever after when they got a man. Don't get me wrong, men are amazing and great to have by my side, I don't need a man but want a good man, and when I find him, it will be for love, not convenience

Once the kids are out of the house I'm going to do this part time a weeks at a time gone from home. Hard with kids and grandparents etc...but for now I'm just a weekend warrior.
You're right all you need are 4 metal walls and a mind for adventure.

You enjoy your life tim just how you chose to live it, and if ppl are saying different in order that you felt you had to justify. Ignore them, you love it so go 😊for it all the best 👍 from Jan the uk 🇬🇧 😊

Some of us don't have a cabin or main house to return to. We do this 24/7 365....but, it's wonderful to have waterfront view pull the kayak up to your own camp, then move to peaks with glaciers, then to desert cactus, then to steep mountain drainage creek, then to the cliff edge of a basalt Mesa overlooking hundreds of square miles of vast open country, deer in the morning, Elk in the distance, bears in the meadow, sheep on the do it till I die!

What do ya mean you dont need to wait for a perfect van or something to get on the road...? Maybe for a day 😬 Easy for you to say since you have the best 'van life' equipment! I have tried the simple stuff road tripping...at first with a car and tent, the last was a van, an old VW. After i just gave up, cus i couldnt afford to buy something more comfortable or build it. I dont need something special, but i would be happy with something i could stand in, cook in... not be wet by rain pouring through cracks or not cold or hot... Or something i could turn around in and sleep comfortably...im just too old and too grumpy to have a philosophical breakdown every time to convince myself 'its just fine'...😂 But since i have encountered your truck house i'm insane! I would have nothing else but exactly what you have made and i imagine myself driving around the world in the truck house and not give a damn. Lucky you!!! I will continue to dream about it and use your channel as comfort food untill i die ✌️
