Three members of Pilot eventually appeared in the Alan Parsons Project. Parsons was the producer on this track as well as the Hollies "Air that I Breath" and Al Stewart's "The Year of rhe Cat. All three songs made the US top 5 between 74-77. I can recall singing the chorus with a friend of mine in my VW bug at a stop sign in 1976. Only time I ever heard that guy sing.

The band's guitarist Ian Bairnson played the outro guitar solo a few years later on Kate Bush's "Wuthering Heights" - one of the best guitar solos ever. Sadly, he passed away a few months ago, just 69 years old.

A classic song that really should be on everyone's 70s playlist. Like many, this is one of those songs that takes you right back.

They used this song for a blood sugar medication commercial. "Oh, oh, oh, Ozempic". Also earlier for an AT&T commercial and for Swiffer mop.

You're probably thinking of the commercial for Ozempic(forgot what it cures)

Coming to a commercial near you. One of those bubblegum pop hits of the 70s you never get out of your head. For better or worse.

You all might want to check out "Sky high" by Jigsaw

If you like this check out ‘Sky High’ by Jigsaw. Awesome. Same mid ‘70’s pop rock.

A classic! It's been a zillion movies and commercials over the years. One of my favorites was when it was used in the soundtrack of "Incredible Burt Wonderstone" - an other wise forgettable film, but a funny scene at the end.

You heard it on a Jardiance commercial and it's also in the end credits of the adam Sandler movie Happy gilmore.

Very young David Paton and Ian Bairson in that video from the 70s. Later they were part of the Alan Parsons Project, singing and playing extraordinary songs.

This is one of the very first songs I remembered. I was 2 when this song came out.

David Paton, who is singing in this, did a lot of studio work after this as an accomplished bass player. He played on Elton John's Nikita among many others.

Chances are they made more money licensing this song for Ozempic then when originally released.
