Best presentation in capsule form for a Cross-Cultural Management. I really learned that there are 3 stages in be able to address the cultural management: 1. Recognition - Increase the culture of differences, 2. Respect - Appreciate cultural difference, and 3. Reconciliation - Increase awareness of cultural differences. Lesson/Moral of the lesson. To try to avoid culture shock by learning the culture of the country concerned

I have a frustrating experience. Not knowing where to begin or hitting a plateau can feel demoralizing and make it hard to hit the books and study like you know you should…Having friends from other cultures makes me more creative. In fresh ways about space and how people create their own world and environment. It is best way to connect between creative thinking and cross-cultural relationships
