OMG. These look absolutely incredible. I've never seen apples put into an oatmeal cookie. It is an awesome idea. They look like they have a nice chewy texture. I'll have to try converting this one. Unbelievable recipe.

@Lillyx3100 they do have a lot of sugar, but if you eat everything with moderation, they are not that fattening, sure, you can use quakers oats instead, I'm using quakers old fashion oats, but you can use the quick oats if you want, you might need to add a little extra, to get the texture...add 2 more tablespoons of quick oats!

Another question, I can't find baking soda, so is it possible to make cookies without it or is it a must ? Thx a lot
