This is what you do when this happens, open up all the windows, and moisten towels to put over yourself, this will help cool the body in the shade, irrespective how hot it gets.

At 63 years old, he was living in a backyard shed. Wherever he is now, he's better off.
IMO, APS is way down on the list of responsible parties.
He is responsible first. Next, the person who is in charge of paying the bills.
It's easier to blame someone else, especially a large entity.
Im old and my power has been shut off more than I'd like to admit, but I didn't just ignore it. Unless you are stranded in the desert, there are always options.

APS is in serious need of oversight by the Corporation Commision. ALL their so called service centers were closed last year. Just try to get ahold of them on the telephone; IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! When I first moved to the valley, we were serviced by SRP. Never had a problem; They were very easy to communicate with. It is this customers opinon that APS SHOULDN'T RECEIVE ANY RATE INCREASES; THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!
