just to say - these are tex mex tacos - authentic tacos are soft shell, and although a lot of the ingredients are similar (ie pork, chicken, frijoles, coriander onion etc) the way the tortilla is cooked can tell you wether it’s authentic or not (obviously where you’re getting it from is a decider as well.) also just to say, things like burritos, nachos and queso aren’t Mexican. most of them are all influenced by other Mexican dishes, for example nachos being totopos or sometimes chilaquiles - tell me if i missed anything
