If you're finding it difficult to switch your baby goats to the bottle, here are some tips and tricks on how we do it.

After we've taken the kids away from mama goat, we don't feed them over night. The trick is to get these baby goats hungry enough to eat from the bottle.
Next, introduce the milk bottle. At first, you'll have to open up their mouths and introduce the nipple, they will spit it out at first because they are unfamiliar with this plastic nipple (who wouldn't be?)
But once they understand you're feeding them milk which is food through this bottle, and they're hungry enough, slowly but surely they will start eating!
It may take a few days, but you have to be firm and patient. If they don't eat, then they will have to wait till the next feeding to eat, just don't feed them and keep bringing them milk when it's feeding time.
They need to be hungry to start eating. They will be fine and will come around!
