I understand how to search for stock since those are just company names, but how do I find mutual funds and how do I tell which are favorable to invest in? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

My question is, if I have a Roth IRA with Schwab, can I also have a regular investing account that uses and receives money that does not go or come from my Roth IRA and rather from an external account like a checking account?

Just want to say I found you on the internet the other day you are killing it love the videos question here I was a TD Ameritrade person now Schwab person I bought some Ford stock back in the day when they first come out of bankruptcy at this particular time they were not doing dividends then sometime after they start doing dividends so is there anyway I can go back and hit the reinvest button on the dividends after I currently already bought stock and where would I go to find a such thing cuz I don't trade very often

I just watched about every video on your channel (lol), thank you for all the information!! One thing I was wondering is, when you choose to reinvest dividends, instead of have them paid out, why is it that this helps reduce your capital gains tax? If I'm not mistaken, you will pay taxes on those dividends either way? Is it because if you choose to have them paid out, you would pay short term capital gains tax instead of long term?

After watching this I open an IRA and placed money on ETFs : SCHF and SCHB in February 8 . By February 26 I’ve lost $200 😢😢😢

Just made an account there. Got option level 0 on the roth to do cash secured puts and covered calls. Wanted level 2 to do spreads but was denied for now.
