You should consider adjusting the angles of the sliders, more than 20° is okay but larger is always better and will provide a smoother and faster glide. You could also consider using the pneumatics to push the cylinders off directly, that way you’re not losing time to friction and you get continuous flow of material. Of course that only works with a constant belt speed and known measurements (size and position) for the objects, but the camera/sensor you’re using would likely suffice for that. Nice build!
