One of the first responders at my plant tried helping someone with their epipen and had it turned the wrong way. We had to call another ambulance for her as well. She was no longer a first responder after that.

We got a call one year for a pt having a stroke at a small nursing home (6-8 residents in a converted home). Upon arrival no one up front had any idea who called and all of their patients were accounted for...turned out it was one of the nurses who had collapsed in a far back room and was barely able to communicate. Luckily she was able to whisper to dispatch "back", which helped us find her.

Right as my husband and I were getting out of the shower.
They actually wanted the elderly gentleman next door.
Their sometimes monthly visits have been to the correct apartment ever since.
