Idk if you will even see this comment but this video hit on a core memory for me. My mom married into a black family and the moment I knew I was just another one of the grand babies was when my grandma called my mom to tell her to bring me over for wash day so I could get my hair done with my cousins by her and my aunties. Being included in this loving family event, cuz thats what it is, really made me feel included and taught me to take pride in myself and love my hair because I have curls and my mom had no clue how to take care of them and I hate to think the state of my hair 20+ years later after years of bleaching and processing if it wasn't for the skills my grandma and aunties showed me all those years ago. People will be cruel for no reason but your daughter is gonna look back on these days, her inclusion as some of her core memories and reminder that family doesn't always mean blood. Nothing but love to you and your family.

Tiger's hair sees more care products in a single wash day than my hair has seen all my life lol. You are so knowledgeable, always putting in the effort so that each kid gets the right care for their hair type! It's so sweet to see!

Beautiful. I miss days when my mom used to watch my long hair. Oh, that was a long time ago. To be honest if she was able, she would still wash my hair if I asked her to. She’s a wonderful mom just like this lady is a wonderful mom.
