How to Mount IKEA Kallax (Expedit) 16 Cube

My 5x5 doesn't go flush against the wall because of the molding, there's about an inch or so of space between the back of the shelf and the wall - how should i handle this?

Can you show a video on how to mount an IKEA 1x4 Kallax shelf using only the hardware that they send in the package? They did not send toggle bolts in my package. Do I have to purchase the separately or can the shelf be mounted with just the hardware that comes in the package?

Or you can make it even better, by screwing it into a stud. a stud can be found every 16' from a corner of a wall. Or you can pull your measuring from a outlet, or light switch, which sits on studs. Studs are better, and stronger than using molly bolts. One 2.5 screw in length is rated for 300 pounds.

i have the stuva cube that's not supposed to be mounted, but i bought it. it for it to go over the toilet (didn't know that when i bought it!)... what shall i do? i am only concerned because its that crappy pressed wood?

hey. you think its OK to stack a 4x4 on top of a 1x4 as a divider? I could anchor them to the wall in one of the sides.
