(My family has a history of bipolar and adhd and more so yeah I vibe with gangle's mental breakdown, also the humour cause I would 100% if someone asks me why I look overwhelmed and I say some shit like "This is a (insert breakdown type) and you're getting 3 more seasons!" I would and have said something like that a few times anyway ima go sleep now I don't feel like peeling my skin off cause sensory issues anyway byee )
