In Gmail, you can also tick the box by the email, then click the MORE drop down box, and choose FILTER MESSAGES LIKE THESE to go to the filter dialog box. From there you can route the sender's mail to your inbox or elsewhere. I learned this from an earlier video you did on filters. It has been very handy for white listing, as well as moving incoming solicitations over to the promotion bucket.

Didn't help. I need to know how to white list before an email goes to spam not when emails are already in there

I’m not receiving the emails at all I’m stuck
