Panda Import Not Working in Python Using Visual Studio Code - Fixed

How I fixed my Panda import in VS Code, hopefully, this helps you as well.
Windows 10 with the latest version of VS code

CMD or Terminal:
pip install pandas

CMD or Terminal:
pip install --upgrade pip

If you are installing Pandas for the first time then restart VS code

wow this actually worked, ive always had weird issues with python. something tells me that the windows 10 store version is interfering with the web download version of python
