i usually when i see anyone i try to see through their eyes how they feel i believe you can see someones current mood but you can see it almost instantly if someone has a very hurt soul

when someone doesn't look at u in the eye or look at ur mouth that means they're kinda awkward or uncomfortable, they try to look away bc they don't know how to react which makes them feel awkward.

btw I'm not saying it's always like that, sometimes they're bored, there's lots of meanings u gotta see their body language too not just the eyes indicate the person's feelings.
