How to tie a balloon to a stick

tying a latex balloon to a balloon stick/ holder is very easy. be sure to hold the opening tight when tying!

What's the point in having the stick if it cannot sit up on a table, etc

I thought the wide plastic part was suppose to suction the table and stand up is why I bought it!
