When i was young, my dad and I used to visit a Kanto-chicken station somewhere near Cogon public Market in Cagayan de Oro. I like the subtleness of the calamansi notes of the chicken. It adds a bit of a sourness that compliments and lets the savouriness of the chicken stand out.
