Guys guys guys. PANIC ATTACKS ARE NOT ALWAYS LOUD HYPERVENTILATING AND OR FEELING LIKE YOU’RE ABOUT TO DIE. They’re are different types of attacks. Panic attacks and anxiety attacks yes they are different! Not many people know what an anxiety attack is which is what Charlie probably could have been experiencing or just panicking. Panic attacks typically don’t have a cause while anxiety attacks do. However not all panic attacks are intense. I have severe anxiety and have experienced 3 major ones with the hyperventilating, everything going numb, not being able to move. All of it. However I have also had smaller ones where my hands were just violently shaking. I also know others who have them very subtly and most people don’t even know that it’s considered a type of “attack”. But not all panic attacks are the same for everyone and you need to keep that in mind. While Charlie might not have been having a panic attack and possibly was just panicking, you shouldn’t be spreading information or saying “panic attacks are only when you can’t breathe and feel like you’re dying.” Because that’s not what they all look like. Everyone’s are different however most people only know or think of panic attacks as being violent periods of time where people can’t breathe.

I honestly love charli not in a weird way, but like I really respect her because she got famous very young, and she got a lot of money for the things she does but in my opinion her family is milking it because you can see them spending HER money. Not to mention I really like her because when i was younger charli was filmed by their dad or something fighting with her sister dixie but did not record what dixie said first only recording chari defending herself which made it seem like she is the bad guy. I honestly hate when people hate on charli like when she did the walmart ad or something she got SO many hate from it when all she was doing was advertising something that she was told to do? So people need to shut tf up abt charli “not having a panic attack she was just panicking.” Because even if she wasn’t having a panic attack SHE WAS STILL STRESSING AND PROBABLY HAVING ANXIETY
