You should make a video detailing the story about those 13 laptops you bought for the staff as a consumer who buy a piece of tech not very often this is what i (and many other i believe ) care about reliability customer service quality of the item in the long term you bought at least 13 laptop all of which had problems the is crazy!!! that is something i think you should bring the the attention of the viewer who is a consumer that does not have money and time to spare and does not want to deal with problems like those. those first few seconds of the video with the chart of the staff's laptops told me everything i needed to know
