Thanks! THIS is exactly what I've been looking for. I've been wanting to start a gaming channel but I've been blocked by the crappy quality. All these Youtubers make it look so easy but when you try it everything is crap. And you can't figure out why?

Then the advice they give new Youtubers is *JUST DO IT!* Your first videos won't be great. But you have to just keep uploading videos no matter how discouraged you feel. But without knowing this nerdy stuff our videos will *NEVER* get better & we won't know WTF we are doing wrong.

Been uploading for more than 5 years 1080p60fps content and i always thought its an issue on my end, but then again the file looks as crisp as can be. Will for sure use this cause im tired of my videos looking like trash even tho i spent a long time editing them

You are a GOD, for ages my video's upload to 740 and never understood why, i've watched 15-20 videos and they all just say "wait until it process's and it will be fixed" You are the only guy with a valid explanation of why my video's were crap, thanks brus!

Almost 3 years since dude posted this video and I can confirm this works in 2022. My PC can only handle recording at 720p 60. I wasn't expecting SUPER clear videos but when I saw my recordings come out nice and clean on my PC but then show up as absolute ass when uploaded to YT, I was frustrated. I looked all over to find out why my quality was great on my computer but so bad when I uploaded to YT - for years! I never thought that upscaling would work but damn, YT really does compress the shit out of regular videos. My 720p 60fps videos legit look much better at 1440p and even 1080p. 720 still looks bleh, but now I can tell people to make sure they're watching 1080 / 1440. Big thanks!
