Due to cell phones allowing more people to call 911 about a single incident you will hear a similar recording at many, many 911 centers. Listen to what it's telling you. Don't hang up. Hanging up just prolongs your wait. Also, don't do what these people are doing and grilling on the wooden deck attached to their home. That's a good way to lose the house.
