Hey, I have a problem, see if you can help me. I am making a web page and it turns out that the html, php, jquery and other technology part works fine when I open the web server (wampserver), the problem is in the part of css that only accepts the style once when I create it for the first time the css file, but when I close the editor (Visual Studio Code) and open it and I want to continue applying styles or modifying certain parts of my page it turns out that it does not change, it stays with the style before closing the editor. Do you know ideas on how to solve it?

If you're using Local it won't work... You can use the following...
if it still doesn't match... search for 'php' in file explorer in C Drive and find php.exe, copy the location and paste it in the command... also dont forget to replace '\' with '/' in the address
"C:/Users/Shahzeb
