People wear weave because it does what you want, you can change your look without damaging your real hair, you can change the color while protecting your natural hair, if you have long hair you can go short and versus, and more. Weave behavior is awesome in a timely manner.

Right! Weave does NOT mean that someone is bald headed😁 but in the last few years I became a clean freak/scent fanatic and can not stand the idea of “protection styles”🤢😷🥴

I NEED to shampoo my hair and scalp at least once a week or else I don’t feel “clean”

One thing no one discusses is fake hair becoming addictive and then becoming hair insecure . I’m starting to see kids with lace fronts and weaves because they don’t find their hair to be superior. Idk it’s saddens me sometimes that we don’t find our natural beauty enough . Yes this weave is beautiful and nice to take a break but let’s be clear and honest a lot of us don’t know how to be naturally beautiful because it’s becoming common to depend on things to amplify ourselves. We can’t heal until we are honest . Not here to debate or appease only educate . Can’t argue with ignorance so I won’t .
