Pili multigemini isn’t a concerning issue but people who suffer with this may experience folliculitis where a hair follicle becomes infected. Ugh, I remember getting these sometimes when I was younger. Some of them were the diameter of pencil lead and made up of flat layers of hair that came apart like wooden slats after pulling them out. Sometimes they'd bring a sheath of "skin" and/or the follicle root out with them.
