- [Instructor] Thumb flexion extension.

To perform this exercise, begin with your affected hand in a neutral position.

Bend your thumb across your palm, so it touches the base of the little finger.

You will be bending at all joints of the thumb.

Slowly return to start position, and repeat.

Perform one set of 10 repetitions twice a day, five days a week.
