Hi guys! Those cookies are named "canestrelli" ("little baskets"). They are particularly famous in both Piedmont and Liguria (North-west Italy) but well-known and appreciated throughout the country. You can buy them in virtually every italian supermarket. :)

Moretti Piemontese is a series of Regional type beers made by Moretti. The Piemontese is made with cranberry, Siciliana with orange flowers, Friulana with apples, Pugliese with Idian figs, Lucana with a selection of special barleys and Lucana with laurel.
The pasta is Gigantoni, a type of Rigatoni but bigger and is from Gragnano, so high quality pasta.
Garofalo is the pasta factory.
Canestrelli is the name of the cookies and Sassello is the city where this type of cookies are typical.

Canestrelli are a traditional cookie from the town of Sassello, not far from Genoa. There are a few brands out there, the one you got looks pretty local. The olives are from Liguria (Genoa's region) too. The pasta is one of te brands I buy regularly. Try heating up some of the sauce in a pan, then draining the pasta very al dente and adding it to the suce pan with a splash of the pasta water and stirring: the sauce will cover the pasta and it will all get tastier. The Ringo cookies were one of my favorite snacks whe I was a child, ages befre the Oreo made their appearence in Italy. I would often bring 3-4 Ringos to school for the mid-morning snack.

I love that brand of pasta. Try it with butter and parm. Also when you use the sauce mix it with the pasta and coat it in the sauce. Cook the pasta in the boiling water, when cooked drain it, then return the pasta to the empty pot over low heat and add some sauce and stir and coat the pasta till the sauce is heated.

Welcome home brothers!! 💙💙
That pasta with the anchovy and tuna sauce looked so yummy! Everything looked so good, but I really liked the way the honey candy looked too! There's an ice cream place nearby, called "Honeymee, " where you get a swirl of this amazing vanilla ice cream, topped with a small square of honeycomb, then drizzled with honey. When the honey hits the cold ice cream, it enough, to where it turns into chewy deliciousness!! 😋

Garofalo pasta is bronze-cut, which means the pasta tools used are made out of bronze, which leaves a more home-made feeling to it and Garofalo's pasta is made with quality A ingredients. We have it also here in Canada and it cost quite a bit:)

That Garofalo brand pasta is so very good. The Mafalda Corta cut is my favourite: A short cut pasta with a lovely rough surface and curly sides.

You guys have great palates. Garafalo pasta is excellent. The olives look like Ligurian ones, which are unique and wonderful.
