Grapevine run away ramp semi truck

Semi truck going down i-5 North freeway, Grapevine, over heated brakes. Lost control of braking power had to use the run away ramp to make emergency stop. Ramp is full of gravel to reduce speed in case of an emergency like this. Incident occur January 8, 2020 around noon. Dash cam recording.
