l have just put my Magic 360 spin mop ( different brand ) but couldnt figure out how to spin it but now I do. My one came with 5 mop heads which is great, l wet mop a certain area then dry mop before l do another area. l have laminated flooring and a disability and this mop is the best and easiest to use for me.

I bought one of these thinking it was faulty and it came with no instructions. After watching this video and learning to loosen the handle in the middle when spinning I felt stupid. Thanks for this video.

I used it, my opinion- it's a novelty. I had to go back to regular mop, hot water and interchangeable real mop heads. My water stays hot, a bucket per room, this mop head is 1/3 the size of mine

the dry spinner isn't drying the mop well. there still remains so much water on the mop making the floor more slippery

This is genius. Who has the patent on this? I have one and it works great. Durability now, we'll see. But it' simple to use and very smart. From the drain plug at the bottom to make emptying easier to the spin mechanism and draining mechanism; and the state of the art bucket; this thing is the best invention in years.

hi I bought this one in May and had to throw the bucket away in October, the bottom swirl-er wheel had seized up completely and the spin drum was sqeeking so bad and also starting to seize up not happy I tried repairing with WD40 didn't work - at the same time I bought a cheaper version all in plastic that was detachable buckets for space saving, that is still working fab and the mop handle has an easy clip (up and down) - so much easier. Maybe it was a lemon, I hope the next buyers have more luck.

There are many copies out there online. I use this kind of mop but not this brand. It’s a godsend because I have weak wrists and sometimes painful finger joints which make it impossible to dry my mop or wring out a rag by hand.

This is cool the person that invented this is a genius however the QUALITY its only been a month and the handle is not working properly
It seems like the mechanism inside the handle is like skipping over the joints
