I had 12x of the x12 Ultra's (144 GPU capacity) in a 8x10 shed. I got the CFM rating for the individual fan in the X12Ultra, multiplied it by quantity 5 fans, then by 12 for the rig count. Then I looked for fans with at least that CFM rating for the shed building. It worked throughout the Arizona summer. The fan ran 24x7 but the GPU's were still happy.

Spot on! now if I could find the math to determine how many CFM you need to effectively exchange a BTU. a quick google search shows info about forced air furnaces needing 130 CFM per 10, 000 BTUs. but I don't know if that directly translates into what we are doing. I guess what also would work is if we knew how many times per min we need to fully turn over the volume of air in our mining space (shed, warehouse, etc) my current shed setup fully replaces the air 3.39 times per min.
