@ZippyLegend Yup. DC Universe is free to play now. If you make a purchase worth 5 bucks than you'll become a premium member for life. Legendary membership replaces normal membership but that's only if you want to play competitively and create your own Justice League.

@megabuster44 yes u have to buy it if ur a free to play member if u want to make a lighting power. Its a DLC, NOT a game update, so all the new stuff a part of the Lighting strikes is free for subscribers but costs for free to play ppl

Go to the dcuo offical website, all the details are there and ull see. The last/first DLC was changed to be free for ongoing issues. But future DLC's. Like this one, will cost money for F2P ppl. They need to get money from somewhere

@nozst0ke i know flash doesnt have lightning power. in the discription it says comment on the electricity powers you can barely tell theyre using it in this vid.
