Really bad boy is a really good song tbh. It simply got all the hate because people hope for something different

I’m surprised you didn’t mention Red Velvet’s Rookie. That one was also a really controversial release. It wasn’t until the instrumental went viral and people fell in love with it despite the “lookie lookie, ma supa lookie lookie lookie”.

0.0 was so bad that people were actually apologizing for hating on Sticker so hard 😂 In spite of the flute, Sticker still sticks to a recognizable song format.

Somehow all of those songs grew on me. For everything that people hate others love it twice as much.

I think you mixed it up - ‘SIGNAL’ won SOTY over ‘Red Flavor’ which pissed off a lot of people, as both songs were released in 2017, and CHEER UP was 2016.

You've made a mistake. Red flavor was nominated in 2017, not 2016. Signal won over it, not Cheer up.

I didn't know people hated Shake That Brass. I was a big f(x) fan (first group I really liked when I got into Kpop), and I thought that track was fun and catchy.

side effects by straykids should have been on here, literally everyone was on them dragging this song to filth when it first dropped but they literally brought back the psych genre to kpop AND had a bunch of other idols trying to recreate the same sound a few years later so who gets the last laugh in the end

i really love how people still take red velvet '' changing their concept every comeback''
so lightly . like they change their sound as well !!! but the song always sounds like a
''red velvet song'' due to their distinct vocals . thats why red velvet is still going strong
due to their versatility .

War of Hormone wasn't hated. It was very popular. It was only a bit later that people decided the lyrics weren't great.

Tbh I like ‘Sticker’ & actually thought the flute sound fit into it well.Wasn’t until I saw comments later that I realised people DESPISED that flute. Boi, I thought it was just a nice unique backing track 😅

Zimzalabim is one of their best songs honestly 😭

Fact check: TWICE’s ‘Signal’ won over ‘Red Flavor’ at MAMA 2017, not 2016. Also, it’s Sistar’s ‘I Like THAT’ not THIS, and it wasn’t nominated. ‘Cheer Up’ won against BTS ‘BS&T’, EXO ‘Monster’, GFRIEND ‘Rough’, and Zico ‘I Am You, You Are Me’.

Cheer up is just so iconic, how can it be hated by the netizens!?
And am I the only one who liked O. O and ice cream both songs also have an amazing choreography 😍😍
