Can I please ask. For an atrial fibrillation catheter ablation, is it best for the patient to be in AF or in sinus rhythm, in order for the surgeon to locate the erratic pulmonary veins

A bit discouraging because I go Monday for PVC ablation but they began a year and a half ago. Now I have ventricular bigeminy. From this video I gather I should have had this done much earlier.

Unfortunately, i had one done and now I have the most massive headache and sore jaws a week into it. Regretting having it done. Any surgical procedures in this day and time seem to have have major drawbacks that none of these “doctors” tell you about before

I learned the most about my Afib from the first doctor who diagnosed it -- a general practice doctor.

Now that I've seen four other specialists over the years, I am more and more confused and I feel I do not understand my condition, let alone what decision I should make regarding ablation.
