Forearm muscles

preview_player
Показать описание
With a little clanging in the background from Anthony I work through the muscles of the forearm on a plastic model with a little help from my own arm and a skeleton.

As a number of people have noticed, I make a verbal slip and say "flexor" instead of "extensor" at one point when talking about extensor carpi radialis. Watch out! I can't add a note to the video as YouTube removed this function. Well done to those paying attention and using their brains.

Watching this on May 19, 2024. 7 years later and your videos are still helping so many of us. Thank you for the lesson!

I’ve just bumped into your videos. It’s had to express how amazing these videos are in these times. Anatomy & Physiology is not easy online. My class was only converted to online because of SARS-CoV-2. Its next to impossible to memorize all of the muscles, with insert and origin, from a piece of paper that is 2D space. I’ll admit I wasn’t doing well. I was not understanding the descriptions and correlating them to the muscles in my body. However, in 2 hours and 4 videos, I’ve managed to not only remember all of the muscles for the back, posterior neck, pectoral girdle, and remember all their insertions and origins, too.
I wanted to say thanks. I think I would have failed my exam. Now, i’m feeling much more confident. I may not get an A, but I definitely won’t get an F. Juli
