I respect how he isn't influenced by iconic places. If he likes it he likes it, if he doesn't he doesn't. Too many people already love a famous spot before the first bite.

That thing wasn’t even cooked, how do you make a burger that raw?

Steak cooked like that, I'm all in. Hamburger cooked like that. You can keep it!

They claimed the oldest burger joint just to get away with nasty burgers.

That burger looks like somebody’s 8 year old little brother put that thing together. 😂

Heard a few times now the burger isn’t seasoned. Keep that one in the 1800s…

Whenever I see this burger, I can hear Gordon Ramsay’s voice.

I never understood a medium rare burger.. it messes up the texture of the burger. The meat in the middle is mushy it’s not like a steak.. burgers should be cooked medium maintains all the juices and hold the integrity of the burger.

I would never eat a medium rare burger. This place is definitely one of those restaurants that’s super popular with the locals but it’s totally overrated.

It’s not though, there is an add from the late 1800s from Texas talking about there ground steak burgers. While it’s not the first it’s the oldest still running
