Not Getting it Done

The plaintiff says he’s a Bigfoot hunter who’s been at it for 52 years and has made movies. He claims he loaned the defendant money to make a promotional video, which never happened, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendants say they hired staff to make the video, so if anyone is owed money, it’s them. They’re countersuing to recoup the costs they’re out.

He was so upset that the Judge was talking so much. Dude, you entered into that agreement. Took the money and had a problem when he wanted it paid back. All the talking in the world isn't going to fix that.

I’ve been in the music business for over 50 years. When auditioning for gigs when you are not well known, you submit a promo video to the event to consider hiring you. The promo video is the property of the artist/band. If an artist makes a substandard video, it won’t get them many gigs. The artist owes the money. That’s the way it’s done.

The defendants are despicable to even have a counterclaim in this case. He borrowed 400 and had a counterclaim for $4800. Folks are funny man. But I like how the defendant said to Milian let me explain without you explaining for me.
