Heck yeah brother! MAN, those look fantastic Jaxx! I'm going to be making another batch of boudin in a few weeks, and I was thinking of boudin egg rolls, classic boudin balls, and stuff the rest into casings. After seeing this, I'm definitely doing egg rolls. I know Chad's pepper jelly along with that cream cheese had these flavors dancing in your mouth brother! Excellent!

Those looked awesome. The first time I ever had boudin I was on a hog hunting trip in East Texas. The camp cook introduced me to it, and I am glad he did. ;-)

I’ve had plenty of boudin egg rolls. I reckon wontons are quite similar. HOWEVER, the pepper jelly is level up! Brilliant idea Jaxx.
