Killer and Dust are basically the same exeption that Killer can go in a mindset where he doesn't regret killing everyone, so his mentality and mindset is better to fight or kill while Dust really was forced to kill everyone and he regrets everything plus he is way more chill with other AUs and human he won't kill anyone if it isn't for self defense.
And also Killer has more determination
So overall Killer > Dust even tho i prefer dust sans.

Killer's Endings/Canons
1: Sans killed Chara and continued Genocide.

2: Sans and Chara do a Genocide doing it like a Duo.

3: Sans joined chara in his Genocide but then he killed Chara and continued his Genocide.

4: Chara forced sans to do the Genocide.

5: Classic sans stopped Killer from his Genocide by giving back emotions to Killer.

Fandom likes more 3 but i don't know which in here.

Killer sans is too reflexive, he likes to kill the most of times, hates to be belittled, at general he is a negative character.
Killer seems to suffer from multiple personality disorders since sometimes with the magic that remains a small speck of an eye appears in his right socket this is the classic sans trying to get out in theory, here he will have small nervous breakdowns and will be a bit scared since he will begin to feel again and remember the pain or genocide he has caused, not only that but he also has a shadow-like papyrus that sometimes appears to him, this seems to be his fault going full throttle as his sins trail down his spine.
A curiosity that I found when looking for information about this character is that he is a friend of Color Sans, Killer has somehow become a good friend of Color Sans and they seem to get along quite well, Color Sans constantly tries to make Killer return to his state of feelings that is almost always thwarted by Nightmare.
Appearance: Resembles Classic Sans a lot though most likely to stand out from other sans'es, Killer's alternate outfit is wearing Sans's "Classic" shorts and striped sweater but, with an inverted color scheme he still has his target soul, his hoodie is a paler blue to Classic Sans with wavy tan hair, around the hood at the bottom is some sort of trim with a darker blue, the hood itself is also from the same dark blue, his shorts are white with black stripes and he wears shoes instead of slippers.
Abilities: Royal Knife deals 99 damage, sharp bones usually has a high attack but deadly when attacking at the sharp point much more HP due to it having Chara's determination since Chara has gained much more health points that the other sans it is not known how many exactly, reset has the power to reset the timeline but, if it does, his statistics will be reset, which will make him a LV 1 with his previous memories, although he can save whatever it is as compensation for his reset .
(NOTE) Killer Sans has no Gaster Blasters except a Giant Gaster Blaster that spills the same liquid that comes out of Killer's eyes although its full power is unknown, he usually uses it when he is bored with his opponent or wants to end the fight very quickly.

He have more Determination than Insanity Sans or Murder! Sans.

It doesn't have "Phases"
(like phase 1 normal, phase 2 Disbelief phase 3)
but it have status like the use of melee knives and then the determined state in this state is more determined to the point of creating its own save point in any world with more agility, speed and mobility than Classic Sans but he will not be able to use magic as much since he does not You can wear 2 different styles at the same time.

What is the LV of Killer Sans? LV 999, 999 the Killer Vs Swap Sans comic is character Canon although there he suffers from emotional changes, this is due to the fact that a war is going on against the determination that Sans' natural Soul is making.
and in that comic it is contained since it is being partially Neutral.
His chara is most determinated than Dust!Sans Chara but not than Canon One.

They're stats are a tie, what the hell do you mean Murder has more, both of there LV can reach from 1 to 19 depending on the scenario, if your following the killer only has 1 HP that's because on that timeline Chara was still with him, and Chara was still the player, until killer killed Chara in another ending making killer have the powers of a player.

Dust can be weaker or stronger than killer, because if dust gonna have 1 LV he gonna be like regular sans, but if he did have like 99 LV he gonna just play with killer and kill him easily.
